The light almost seems to hang in the air here and you can see the whole sweep of the golf course, green and bright, right from the wide balcony. I actually took a seat for a minute just to watch the day go by for a bit. It is that kind of space.

You have the Fire and Earth golf courses at your doorstep with the Earth course hosting the DP World Tour Championship each year. Even if you do not play golf the view and the energy during tournament time is something you kind of have to see. The community center called The Fairway has most of what you need for shopping or just picking up dinner when you don't want to cook.

The country club is another thing I want to mention because it is more open and friendly than you would expect. There are tennis courts and places to just sit and chat or bring friends for a meal. Sometimes you'd forget you are in the middle of Dubai and yet you can get anywhere in the city pretty fast. It is all so easy you just feel like daily life here sort of works itself out.
