Harbour Views, Dubai Creek Harbour
There is something about Harbour Views that just makes you want to stop and take it all in. This three bedroom apartment at Dubai Creek Harbour does that to you right away. I found myself slowing down as I walked in and just glancing out toward the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary where every now and then you catch a bit of greenery and even spot birds sometimes. It is the kind of view you can just let your eyes wander over while you sip your coffee in the morning. There is also a quiet feeling in the building. Maybe it is the park close by or just the way the lobbies are a little brighter than most places. You get that sense of peace even though you are really never far from anywhere here.
So right away you will notice the space. It is just over seventeen hundred square feet so you can move around without bumping into anyone else or your own furniture. The open living area really opens up the whole home. Sometimes you almost forget you are in an apartment because it feels like you could keep walking and not hit any walls too fast. The living and dining kind of blend into each other which makes it easy if you have kids running about or a few friends over for dinner. There is something relaxed about it. It is just comfortable. You do not have to be formal here.
Honestly I liked how the kitchen is just part of the space. It is not closed off or hidden away. You can actually cook and talk or watch whatever is happening in the living room. The finish is clean with lots of glass and wood. It does not feel cold but more bright especially with the natural light that comes in most of the day. I stood by the kitchen counter for a bit and you really do get the feeling you could live here every day and not get bored of the place. There is storage for all your stuff but it does not overwhelm the kitchen. Plus the finish makes wiping up spills easy which is always nice.
You will also notice that all three bedrooms have big windows so even when you are inside you do not feel boxed in. The main bedroom is surprisingly airy. I looked out the window and could just see that soft Dubai morning light coming through. It is easy to picture slow weekend mornings here. The closets are what you would expect. Not fancy on the outside but plenty of space inside so you are not stuck digging for things every morning. Bathrooms are sleek too with stone finishes and honestly everything feels just new.
But probably the best thing for families is just how everything you might want is really close. Downstairs there is a proper gym so you can sneak in a workout early or late and not worry about crowded machines. The pool is bright and really feels private. Sometimes I see kids splashing about in the late afternoon and even a few parents sitting nearby chatting away. There are those little play areas tucked around outside so you can let the kids run about. Then there is the landscaped gardens and the sky park right around the base. Sometimes you might just take a stroll at night and forget you are right in Dubai Creek Harbour.
One thing people ask a lot is about getting around. You are maybe fifteen minutes from Dubai International Airport if the traffic is not too bad and Downtown Dubai is a straight shot. There is a feeling of being in the city but never rushed which is rare. You are close to shopping cafes and schools too. Sometimes I just walk to the corner store because it is easier than driving. Evenings are nice here as you can just look out at the city lights across the water.
