Bluewaters Bay Building 1, Bluewaters Bay, Bluewaters
Some places almost sneak up on you the moment you step in. This three bedroom apartment at Bluewaters Bay really does that for me. I found myself walking a little slower along the hallway, mostly because I couldn't decide if I wanted to look out at the water or just stand and listen to how quiet it actually feels inside. There is something about this part of Dubai. Bluewaters is one of those places that mixes the city's energy with moments that feel almost like a small beachside town. From up here in Tower 1, you get that wide sweep of the Arabian Gulf all laid out in front of you and on a clear afternoon you see the city skyline just sort of drifting on the horizon. I stood by the window for a while and you really do lose track of time watching the light move across the water.
The space itself feels generous without being showy. It is over two thousand square feet but it is honestly the kind of place that feels almost easy to live in straight away. The living room gets flooded with natural light. You would probably find yourself drawn to the sofa near the windows even if you just meant to sit for a minute. The kitchen actually seems like the kind of spot where you would want to cook up a proper meal and not just order in. The layout has a way of making everything feel connected but you still get your own space when you want it. Three bedrooms here means you could have family visiting or maybe even set up a workspace without having to shuffle things around. The finishing work leans toward clean lines and lighter colors so things never feel too busy.
You'll also notice there is no shortage of places to step outside for a breath of sea air. The private balcony is one of those spots you will probably use more than you expect. Mornings with coffee or evenings after work when the breeze comes in off the water feel a little better here. There is a real sense of calm once you settle in for a bit.
When you want a change of pace though it is easy. Bluewaters Bay has its own collection of spots that you actually want to spend time in. The infinity pool looks out across the Gulf and you will see people quietly swimming laps early in the morning. There is a tennis court for when you feel a little competitive and shaded spots for kids to play so they are not baking in the sun all day. You might wander down and smell something good from the BBQ areas on a Saturday when neighbors are out. Or maybe you just take a walk on the jogging tracks and see the sunset. There are lots of green corners here and you'll notice families having little picnics or couples sitting out late looking at the city lights.
Bluewaters itself is kind of a sweet spot in Dubai. You are close to shops and day care centers so you are not running all over town for errands. Good coffee is easy to find if that is important to you. Ain Dubai stands just a few steps away and sometimes you catch yourself watching it spin from the observation deck. The Beach at JBR is near if you want to meet friends for lunch or just put your feet in the sand for a while. Even with all that happening close by it never feels hectic like some parts of the city.
With just 672 residences, Bluewaters Bay keeps things a little quieter and honestly it is part of what makes the place work for me. Sometimes in these new buildings you don't really get that sense of community but here you see familiar faces after a few days. People walking dogs in the evening or kids biking right along the promenade. Sometimes you almost forget your phone for a while and just watch the world go by. It just feels easy.
The only way to know if a place fits you is to come and see it for yourself. If you have questions or maybe want to take a walk through just let me know. Here at LuxuryProperty.com we want your next move to actually feel good and no pressure at all. Reach out when you are ready.
