Sometimes you spot kids biking in the evening which I always think is a good sign for a community. Even with all that green space, UNA sits right off Al Qudra Road so getting around Dubai just works. You can be at Mall of the Emirates or out in the desert in about the same time.

I would say this is the sort of place that just fits if you want life simple. Perfect for someone who does not need a mansion but wants their own spot that actually feels like home. Professional folks or a couple starting out would settle in here pretty quickly.
