There are not many residential plots left in Dubai where you get this kind of privacy and a real open view of a championship golf course combined with a strong community vibe. School options are not far and shops and restaurants cover most of what you need day to day. People walk around here and you do not always have to worry about cars everywhere. Sometimes it is just nice to let a walk go slow and forget to check your phone.
