Hillside at Jumeirah Golf Estates, Jumeirah Golf Estates
Some homes just kind of make you pause when you walk in and this six bedroom villa in Hillside at Jumeirah Golf Estates honestly does exactly that. Maybe it's that steady hush you get when you're right by the Earth golf course looking out past those rolling fairways. Or it's the way the light pours in through so many glass panels you almost forget you're inside. I was standing next to the main window for a minute just letting it soak in and thinking this is the sort of space where you actually want to settle in and let time slow down.
This part of Jumeirah Golf Estates is quiet but you can always feel the energy of people heading to the clubhouse or walking with their dogs in the early evenings. The whole place feels kind of tucked away but still connected. Sometimes you see golfers heading out for an evening round and sometimes it's just parents with kids on bikes along the trails. The house itself is honestly huge. Eighteen thousand four hundred square feet built up so you never feel boxed in at all. You come in past this proper glass facade that really makes the outside feel like part of the house especially early mornings with the sunlight coming across the grass. There's a double living room that pretty much asks you to host everybody you know or keep it quiet if that's more your style. And I really like how the space spills into a formal dining area so it never feels shut off from the real parts of living.
The show kitchen is pretty beautiful and not just in that generic magazine way but in a practical sense. There's enough space to actually cook for a full house and it's right next to a service kitchen so if you have help or just like to keep things neat it all feels easy. Other little things stand out. There is a home office with glass doors opening back onto the main area so you can get privacy or just keep an eye on what's happening if life at home gets busy. On the ground floor you also get a guest suite with its own bathroom which is so nice for family visits or friends staying over. Plus staff quarters that blend in and never make the house feel crowded.
Upstairs is set up for family living. Four bedrooms all with bathrooms right there so no rush in the mornings. There's a private terrace running along some of the rooms and it's properly peaceful in the late afternoon or first thing when the birds kick off their morning songs. The family room here even has its own terrace so you end up with quiet corners for everybody. The real surprise though is the top floor. They call it a penthouse suite and honestly that fits. It's got a walk in dressing area that just keeps on going plus three separate terraces. If you are the sort of person who likes to have people over or just needs a retreat from the rest of the house this is it.
And the basement was actually one of my favourite bits. Most folks think basements are just for cars or stuff you forget about but this one fits five cars and actually feels like another living space or a games room depending on your mood. The things you touch most are all done with real care. Marble in some rooms, timber floors where you need them, even the stone on the stairs feels solid. They have smart tech hooked up too so all the temperatures and lights adjust for when you're home or out and about.
Living in Hillside at Jumeirah Golf Estates you get those classic Dubai golf course views but also more green space than you expect. Kids run around on the play lawns and the lakes are always close if you just need a break. The clubhouse has all kinds of places to eat including restaurants from celebrity chefs. There's a gym and sports training for anyone who wants to make that a part of life too.
The only way to know if it feels right is to come see it for yourself. If you have questions or just want to walk around this villa in Hillside at Jumeirah Golf Estates reach out any time. At LuxuryProperty.com we try to make your next move feel as comfortable as possible.
