The formal living area is double sized, so it is perfect for a dinner party although I think it might get even more use for big family get togethers. Right beside it there is a second family room and you will see that dining feels just a bit more relaxed here. Both spaces sort of open up to the back patio and you can move easily to the closed kitchen. I have to mention the kitchen. It actually feels like somewhere you would cook for real, not just heat up leftovers. The counters are quite elegant, lots of storage thanks to custom cabinetry, and the central island just makes it easy if you need extra prep space or a spot for a friend to chat while you cook. If you do love to cook, you will notice the Miele appliances fit in so well you almost do not spot them at first. There is a proper utility side as well plus a maid room and even a driver's room, which you do not see every day in Jumeirah Golf Estates villas to be honest.

Head upstairs and all four bedrooms are on the same level so it is really easy if you have younger kids. They are all en suite, so less queueing for showers in the morning. Two of them even have walk in dressing rooms, which is so practical you wonder why every villa does not do the same. The bedrooms actually feel restful too. I opened a few windows and you get that breeze from the garden and sometimes you can hear leaves rustling or the faint sound of golfers from the course. There is a good sense of privacy up here.

Outside, the garden is actually really well cared for. You will find a cosy patio that just begs for some garden chairs and maybe a morning coffee. On weekends I imagine a breakfast outside or even just letting the kids run across the grass while you read a book. And the best thing is you are just a few minutes from the Peter Cowen Golf Academy, the practice course and the main JGE clubhouse. The facilities there are great with more than one gym, lovely swimming pools, and restaurants where you can easily linger over lunch.

Parking is easy with space for your cars in the driveway. Even if you have guests it never feels crowded on the street. And the whole Orange Lake community feels peaceful, secure, and a bit laidback.

Living at Orange Lake puts you in a real community. The lake is always a draw but you will also notice that people say hello on their morning walks. The coffee shop at the clubhouse is never far off and sometimes you almost forget your phone and just enjoy the place for what it is. It is not often a rental comes to market here, especially with views of the lake and so much space both inside and out.
