Lime Tree Valley, Earth, Jumeirah Golf Estates
Some homes just ease into your life without trying too hard. The moment I walked up to this Zaragoza style villa in Earth at Jumeirah Golf Estates, I just slowed down for a second. Maybe it was the way the sunlight filtered through the trees or just the quiet air by the entrance but something about it made me want to linger.
You sort of feel lifted here. The villa sits on a prime spot, set a little above the street which feels pretty private right away. Lush landscaping all around kind of wraps you in. Standing on the verandah looking out, you get this uninterrupted view straight onto the Earth golf course. You might spot golfers in the morning and sometimes a few birds drifting between the trees. That's Greg Norman's handiwork on the fairways out there. Even if you are not into golf, you start to appreciate the calm green stretches and how open everything feels. From some rooms, you get long views across the course, a detail that kind of sneaks up on you and makes mornings here just feel different.
Inside, the layout really works if you like life to just flow. The kitchen stood out to me because you can picture family meals or friends hanging around the island while something simmers. There is actually room to cook for real, with the breakfast bar tucked beside the dining area. I noticed if you want to tuck something away or keep the mess minimal, the utility room is right there. It just makes things easy without thinking about it.
What I liked was how the formal living and dining room actually open right out onto the courtyard and sun terrace. No unnatural closed doors or boxed off rooms. It is easy to imagine a birthday party running inside and out, or just sitting on the covered terrace on a weekend watching the pool shimmer. At sunset the light gets softer out here and it is quiet, except for distant golf carts or someone laughing a few homes away. The courtyard itself is a surprise. It sits between different rooms, framed by the breakfast room and the hallway, making this sheltered spot that you will probably use way more than you think. Maybe some potted plants, a little coffee table. It is the kind of place people end up after dinner without really planning it.
On the ground floor, you get a guest bedroom with its own bathroom. Friends coming to stay will not feel tucked away in the corner. There is a maid's room with a private outside entry. That just keeps life ticking along, everyone has space. Upstairs is different yet again. There are three bedrooms, all with their own bathrooms. The family room up here feels relaxed, like the kind of place where everyone ends up before bed. The master suite is especially nice and opens out onto this really generous terrace that actually wraps right around. You could wander out with your coffee in the morning, hear the distant sprinklers, maybe barely see the city over the trees. The master bath is a real retreat. Standalone tub, roomy shower, plenty of space and sunlight.
Parking is not something to stress about. There is plenty off the street and a proper covered garage for two. Some mornings you hear the gentle sound of golf carts heading to the clubhouse, which really is nearby. People walk their dogs in the evenings and sometimes kids bike the quiet lanes. It is a pretty easy place to just slip into a routine, whether that is golf, coffee mornings or hosting friends for dinner. You are close to all the best parts of Jumeirah Golf Estates so you never feel far away from anything important.
Honestly, I could write a dozen things about views or size but this villa just makes you slow down for the right reasons. The only way to know if it feels right for your own life is to walk through it. If you want to have a look or talk things through, just reach out. At LuxuryProperty.com, making your move feel natural and relaxed is what we want for you.
