Noor Townhouses, Town Square
Some homes make you want to drop your bag and just settle in for a while. This four bedroom townhouse in Noor Townhouses over at Town Square really has that feeling. I still remember when I stepped inside for the first time. The living area gets this soft light in the afternoons that just slows everything down a bit. You notice how the space flows easily from the open kitchen right through to the garden doors. Someone was out back watering their roses and you could smell it, mixing in with the coffee I picked up at the cafe near the entrance. Honestly, sometimes these new builds can feel a bit cold, but this one has a warmth to it that makes you want to cook for real or have everyone over for a Sunday barbecue.
The kitchen does not feel like a showpiece. I checked out the cupboards and there is a surprising amount of storage. The stove is set up where you can talk to people sitting at the table or out in the garden, which is especially nice when everyone sort of gathers around before dinner. The living area feels wide and open, so if you have kids or friends who like to spread out with games or just relax on a quiet evening, you actually have the room for it. The garden itself needs a mention, too it is bigger than what you usually see in Town Square. There is this patch where you could actually grow some vegetables, or if you are more like me you just lay out a chair and watch the sky in the mornings.
Going upstairs, the main bedroom really stands out. It has a private balcony that faces the garden, and you get this peaceful feeling looking over all the greens and watching life go by in Noor. The bathroom attached is proper, with enough space for two people getting ready in the mornings which matters more than you think after a couple weeks living anywhere. The other three bedrooms are set up to give everyone their own bit of privacy. The two guest rooms share a bigger bathroom that does not feel cramped at all. I actually like how you still get views of the neighbourhood from each window and sometimes you catch kids playing football or folks heading out for an evening walk.
Noor itself feels fresher than a lot of other Dubai townhouse communities. You get the bonus of three swimming pools, so even on those really hot afternoons you can just walk over and cool down. I bumped into a few neighbours who meet regularly down at the sports courts, where there is tennis and basketball and even a football pitch. Some weekday evenings I have seen families picnicking at the parks or just unwinding after work. The gym here is well equipped and does not smell like rubber, which probably means people here care a bit more about their spaces. If you are working from home or have teens who like their independence, there are plenty of quiet corners both in the house and around Noor itself.
The whole Noor Townhouse community gives you that sense that everything you need is close. The supermarket is a short walk, as are a few takeout places that actually serve good shawarma and karak tea. People look out for each other here, not in an intrusive way, just a friendly nod when you see the same faces out walking or jogging. The roads are wide and shaded, so you do not mind taking a stroll or cycling even in the warmer months. And if you have little ones, the play areas are close and feel safe and well cared for.
This particular four bedroom townhouse offers two thousand three hundred twenty five square feet of living space inside and a plot all your own just over two thousand one hundred square feet. Sometimes you find yourself wandering from room to room, just happy with the space and light. It is modern without being stuffy and really does feel like a home and not just a property listing. Of course, you have access to all those Noor and Town Square amenities, but the best part is how it all fits together. You can live quietly here or get involved in the community as much as you like. The only way to tell if it fits you is to come by and see it in person. If you want to chat about this Noor Townhouse or need more details, I am easy to reach and always happy to show you around.
