Sometimes you just get a feeling as soon as you step inside. That happened to me when I walked through this four bedroom townhouse in Naseem, right inside Town Square. The first thing that stuck with me was how light it feels even with the doors shut you do not get that cramped feeling at all. You have the pool close by plus the park is just around the corner and honestly you just start to imagine mornings that actually feel relaxing. Maybe you come down with a cup of coffee after the kids have run outside to the park or maybe you get to watch the sun shift across the living room while you answer a few emails at the table. It is not just about the kids though. Basketball football and tennis courts are all nearby. Same for volleyball and a spot to let the dogs run. The local coffee shop is well known for being close and reliable. Some residents say they do not even miss those busy city cafes anymore.

The total built up area is about two thousand four hundred square feet which really does not feel cramped at all. The plot gives you even more so you can stretch out in your own bit of green. These townhouses are set up for everyday living and honestly it just feels easy.
