Olive Point, Earth, Jumeirah Golf Estates
Some homes just have a sense of calm as soon as you open the door and walk inside. This five bedroom villa in Olive Point at Earth, Jumeirah Golf Estates is definitely one of those places. I walked in on a quiet morning and right away you get the feeling that life could slow down a bit here, in a good way. There is space to breathe. The kind you do not always get in Dubai. Everything feels a little softer in this neighborhood. There is a lot of light coming in and you hear birds from the back garden now and then. Honestly, sometimes in homes like this you almost forget your phone on the table for a while and just look outside.
You will notice as you walk through, there is nothing cramped or too precious about it. Everything is big and open but still private where you need it. The main living areas sit right at the heart of the villa toward the back and you can just see yourself spreading out here. The dining area is across from a kitchen that actually feels like somewhere you might want to cook for real or at least hang around in while someone else does. That whole space is warm thanks to the mix of oak colored cabinets and deep granite tops. I leaned against the kitchen island for a little and watched sunlight drift across the floor and you can imagine big family breakfasts here or quiet mornings with just coffee and a paper. There is a separate utility kitchen tucked away too which makes entertaining pretty easy.
Every bit of this villa seems to be made for people who want comfort without showing off. There is a covered courtyard next to the dining area and it feels like a good spot for alfresco dinners, especially when you have friends over and the weather in Dubai is kind. The living area at the back opens up to the garden with patio doors, so it is all pretty seamless from inside to outside. That garden is well landscaped and has a swimming pool set far enough away that kids can run or you can set up a long dining table for a big meal.
Bedrooms in this villa really stand out. All five of them are generous, so no one is fighting over closet space. Downstairs is a guest suite with its own shower room, which makes visitors feel right at home. Upstairs, each of the four bedrooms has built in wardrobes and the sort of dressing rooms people actually use. The master bedroom has its own balcony that faces the rear of the villa so you get peaceful green views and honestly the bathroom is the sort you see in hotel suites, with a Jacuzzi tub that actually looks inviting rather than just there for show. There is also a study nearby and it is big enough for proper working from home, not just a desk pushed into the corner.
Functionality is pretty strong here as well, not just looks. There is a proper maid's room downstairs, so you do not need to compromise your own privacy. Storage is everywhere but never in the way. The driveway fits two cars and there is a double garage up front. Out back you get that rare sense of space that makes hosting friends easy, or just letting the family have a swim without feeling overlooked.
What is also great here at Olive Point is how connected you still feel. The new mall is just down the road with Spinneys and Starbucks and all the neighborhood spots you need. Plus, the main entrance to Jumeirah Golf Estates is close by, so getting in and out is never a hassle. Sometimes you see people walking dogs along the street or kids cycling in the cooler evenings.
There is a unique lifestyle here. You are looking pretty much right onto the seventh hole of the Earth golf course but it never feels busy or crowded. At sunset, the views over the fairways are especially peaceful and sometimes you catch a breeze coming right through the garden.
The only way to know if this is the right fit is to come and see it for yourself. If there is anything you are curious about or if you just want a slow walk through, let me know. At LuxuryProperty.com we try to make your next home feel as easy as possible.
