5 Bedroom Villa in Earth, Jumeirah Golf Estates

I think it is partly the light that comes through those floor to ceiling windows and partly just the space itself. Everything feels big and open. The entrance is kind of jaw dropping if I am honest. The two at the back feel extra special with walk in closets and their own bathtubs. The view from those terraces is just perfect. You look out over the second hole of the golf course and some mornings you might want to just bring your coffee out there and take it slow. The landing on this level is so broad you could set it up as a reading spot or another lounge for kids or guests. Honestly some homes feel crammed upstairs but not here.

The basement is something people with big families or hobbies will appreciate. A couple of rooms with skylights down there are just waiting for you to turn them into a games room or a home cinema. Maybe a gym. There is another big bedroom as well with its own bathroom so it could be for an older kid looking for independence or even a driver. You have the laundry and store plus a second kitchen in the basement. Everything is thought of.

Step into the backyard and you get the sense that this villa in Wildflower really is about bringing people together. The terrace is meant for gatherings and the pool is big enough for real swimming or just cooling off. Sometimes you see neighbours out walking in the evenings or kids biking past on quiet streets. It feels safe and relaxed. While the Earth Course views are probably the main event honestly the feeling of space and calm is what sticks with you.
