The security is solid but not overbearing, so you get that sense of being safe without needing to think about it much. And the coffee shop downstairs is always busy in the morning. Nakheel Mall is close when you want a change of scene or need to pick something up. In the evenings, I often see families out for walks or kids riding down those palm shaped streets.
