7 Bedroom Villa in Earth, Jumeirah Golf Estates

Some homes just have a feel to them the moment you come in. Honestly, I stood in the entryway of this seven bedroom villa in Earth at Jumeirah Golf Estates and you can almost sense the calm before you even see the golf course views. Sunlight just pours in everywhere. The way the villa sits above street level makes everything a little brighter and you get this long view over the Earth golf course that kind of makes you want to just sit down for a minute and take it all in. Even at the front, the landscaping is fresh and clean with lots of green.

Not everyone thinks about staircases but here, even they look a little grand as you come through. The formal lounge and the family area both open out and feel like you can use them without thinking about it too much. There is a sort of easy connection to the semi open kitchen. It feels like a kitchen for real cooking, not just for show. Granite tops and proper fittings. You could do a big meal with family or just sit and chat over breakfast and nobody would feel out of place.

On the ground floor there is a guest bedroom that is actually set up for people to stay and be comfortable. Not just an afterthought. There is also a study, plus the usual maid's and powder room, but these are tucked away so the main spaces stay open and relaxed.

Head upstairs and you will notice each of the five bedrooms has fitted wardrobes or dressing spaces. The master suite is something else though. You get this big tub sitting just right for you to see the golf course while you wind down at the end of the day. It feels private. Every bedroom has its own bathroom so everyone can have space. There is also a little office or a sitting spot, plus a pantry upstairs so you do not have to head down for a midnight snack.

The second floor is kind of its own zone. There is a bar setup and a powder room and even more storage than you might expect. The terrace up here is wide and open and would make a great spot for a bit of quiet reading or just an evening hangout. The loft up top gets good light and is shaped in a way you could use it for a media room or a place to let the kids run wild with games. There is room for hobbies. It feels a bit like your own hideaway.

In the basement, things shift again. Everything opens right up with a kitchen bar and dining space and plenty of room for games or movie nights or all those family times when everyone talks over each other. It is more open than most basements I have seen and I could imagine people using this space all the time instead of just leaving it empty.

One thing I really liked—there is a seventh bedroom that is totally set apart at the front and you get to it by its own steps. It is ideal for visitors who want a bit more privacy or even an older family member. You would not see this everywhere.

Outside is waiting for your own touch. The garden is a good size and the spot for a custom pool is already ready for you to put in what you want. There is a pergola and a terrace for dining out on the weekends or when friends come over. You can see yourself out here during the cooler weather, maybe with coffee in the mornings or something a bit stronger as the sun sets. On days when the sky is clear, you sometimes hear kids in the community cycling past or the sound of golfers in the distance.

The parking is sorted for four cars so nobody is blocked in. You are close enough to the golf clubhouse to grab a meal or meet friends without having to drive all the way out. Earth is pretty quiet and feels secure, but it is not cut off—you get community, too.

These villas at Jumeirah Golf Estates rarely come up with this amount of space across so many levels. It does not feel formal and stuffy though, just easy and open.
