Up here on the fifty first floor, you do not just see Safa Park or the Dubai Canal, you actually feel like you are part of that Dubai skyline. You can watch the water glimmer all the way to the Arabian Sea and each window sort of frames a new view. I ended up staying a little longer than planned because of that sunset. Either way it does not feel cramped. The bedroom sits back a bit from the main living space so it feels more private. I looked out over Safa Park from there and you can hear nothing from the city below at all. The storage is decent. Not wall to wall wardrobes but enough to keep things tidy and easy. The bathroom has that nice hotel feel without being over the top. If you like a proper shower or just space to get ready it feels good here.&nbsp; And the best thing is you get all the serviced convenience you would want here at Aykon City B. The lobby feels more like a boutique hotel than a lobby. Smile from the concierge whenever you come in and someone always on hand if something needs doing or fixing. You get valet parking so you never really worry about finding a spot and the lifts are fast even during busy times. The pool is temperature controlled which is great because let us be honest Dubai does get hot sometimes. There is a proper gym with good equipment and even a spa so the weekday unwind is easy. Step outside and you have landscaped leisure zones which means morning walks or evening air whenever you feel like it.&nbsp; Within Aykon City and Business Bay in general you are close to everything. Pops down for coffee or breakfast is easy because cafes are everywhere nearby. The Dubai Canal promenade is not far so you get these really nice evening walks where families and couples and sometimes just joggers enjoy that city view. Retail options make last minute shopping simple and honestly it just feels easy to live here without the big city stress. Security is always there but not in your face and the building itself is secure at every hour. Luxury amenities are here when you need them but do not get in your way if you just want to chill at home. Aykon City B is known as a place that always holds value. Investors like the serviced style because it is turn key and ready from day one which means you can move right in or get a tenant pretty much straight away. But if you are looking just for yourself it feels more personal than most serviced places which I think matters.&nbsp; At the end of the day it is one of those apartments where you might catch yourself daydreaming just looking at the view.
