I always think you can sense how well a space has been looked after just by the air and honestly the whole place feels fresh and almost brand new. The apartment is up on a high floor so you are not just hearing the city, you are actually floating above it. The first thing I did was walk across the big open living and dining area to get a look through those wide windows. You have lots of white storage so nothing ever looks cluttered and the surfaces are smooth and easy to clean. There are modern appliances that look almost untouched but feel solid, like you could actually make a big breakfast on a slow morning. It is set just off the living space so if you are having friends over or just a quiet meal, you do not feel separated from everything else that is going on.

I wandered through to both bedrooms and you just keep getting hit with those views every time. Each bedroom has its own bit of the Burj right outside. There are proper walk in wardrobes so there is space even if you have way too many shoes. The bathrooms are all marble and they feel as good as they look, kind of like those fancy hotels but warmer somehow. I love the way the light fills both rooms in the afternoon. It makes everything glow a little.

Even if you do not feel like leaving the building there is so much here. There is a swimming pool that honestly looks like something out of a spa ad. The water is always glinting in the sun and there are enough loungers you never feel packed in. I saw a few people reading there, a family with younger kids just splashing for ages. The fitness suite is stocked with equipment that looks new, so you get a proper workout or just do a quick run on the treadmill if you are in a rush. And if you are in the mood to treat yourself, the restaurants downstairs are some of the best in Downtown Dubai. Some nights I think it would be hard to decide between staying in or just heading down for dessert.

One of the things that really stood out for me here is how much is just done for you. Housekeeping comes as part of the deal, along with all the utilities. So you just lock up and go to work or travel and there is no stress at all. Even the concierge feels like someone you would actually talk to, not just a suit behind a desk. It is the kind of place where the coffee shop is never far and sometimes you catch yourself waving to the doorman before you even realize it. It just feels that easy.
