It is funny how some homes just take all that Miami sunshine and turn it into something you can actually feel the moment you walk in. This six bedroom villa right on the ocean in Miami honestly does that. I caught myself just standing by the glass grand staircase thinking about how the light comes in at different times of the day. Out on the wrap around terrace you get these real sweeping views that stretch from downtown Miami all the way up to Fort Lauderdale. Sometimes when the breeze picks up you can just hear the waves and it is easy to forget you have your phone in your pocket.
Inside feels spacious without ever being too much. You have got fifteen foot ceilings in some of the main areas and all that height really makes it feel open, not overwhelming. The great room is the kind of space where you could actually imagine everyone gathering while you watch the ocean instead of the TV. Plus there is a formal family room and a place that feels right for just about anything. The kitchen is made for cooking for real which is good if you care about that kind of thing. There is a big summer kitchen outside too so grilling becomes a year round thing and you might end up doing weekends a little differently than before.
The terrace is just huge, over four thousand square feet out there, and you will probably find yourself using it more than you think. Sunrise or sunset does not matter, the views always feel kind of new. The private pool on the ocean side is something you will not get tired of. Even if you have lived by the water before this one feels a little different just because the water is so close and so clear most days. Sometimes you just sit by it with a coffee while the city wakes up.
Bedrooms are set up so everyone has a little privacy. There are six in all and each one has its own bathroom. The main suite has some of the best views in the whole house so mornings are not so tough. Having eight and a half baths means there is never a wait when you have guests or family over. Even the exercise room has a view which almost makes working out easier. There is a service room too so if you have regular help or need extra space it is already sorted.
You get seventy two feet of actual ocean frontage which is not something you see every day. Pulling into the four car garage just feels easy the way the space is set up. The building itself is like something from the future but it still feels homey. With the community being gated and always watched you get a real sense of privacy that can be hard to find right on the beach. There are plenty of indoor things to do as well. The building has got stuff like an indoor ice skating rink which is not what you expect in Miami. Four bowling lanes for when everyone is feeling competitive. A speakeasy for late nights and a kids room and teen space so everyone has a place to just be themselves. The gym overlooks the water and there is even a flow rider for surfing practice which is kind of fun whether you are any good or not. The pools are huge with a lap pool for actual swimming and a separate area with a slide just for the kids. Then there is the infinity pool that feels like it drops right into the ocean which is pretty amazing when the sun is going down.
The dining options are just a nice bonus. Five restaurants on site means you do not always have to think about cooking. There is room service around the clock and you can arrange for housekeeping so day to day life just feels a bit lighter.
You really cannot know if a place like this is the one from a screen or even from my words. The light is different. The air is different. Maybe you will love it. Maybe not. The only way to know is to come by and see for yourself. Happy to walk you through and answer anything you like. At LuxuryProperty dot com we want you to feel at home with every step of the process.
