About Gary Nystrom
Gary entered the property industry before Dubai established itself as his home base. During his time in Canada he established his own design and construction business which handled all stages of project development from initial planning to final completion. His construction experience provided him with skills that went beyond technical abilities. The experience showed him how to identify construction quality standards and detect concealed value and anticipate future expenses. During his finance career spanning more than ten years Gary developed his ability to analyze financial data and create investment strategies which benefit his clients through long-term planning.
Gary dedicates his current work to Jumeirah Golf Estates which stands as one of Dubai's leading residential areas. Gary has extensive knowledge of the enclaves of Jumeirah Golf Estates. He dedicates time to learn about people's genuine needs beyond their financial capacity so he can show them properties that match their present situation and future goals.
