He has spent many years working across sales and administration, so he is naturally organised and prepared. He keeps track of details, follows up properly, and makes sure clients always know what is happening next, not just at the start, but right through to move in.

Property has always been a real interest for him, not just something he fell into. He studied Business, then leaned into the design side of buildings, completing CAD courses and working as an architectural technician. That experience gave him an eye for layout, flow, and the practical things that matter once you actually live in a space. He has even designed and drawn his own home, so he understands how personal a place can feel, and how much thought sits behind the walls.

As part of the leasing team, Desmond is approachable and easy to speak with. Outside of work, Desmond enjoys learning to fly whenever he can, and he has a real passion for animals, especially horses and dogs. He spends a lot of his free time around them, whether that is showing his Friesian stallion or travelling across Europe with his Afghan Hound.
