The whole building is like this really. I think that is just the way SOBHA does it. Luxury in Dubai Harbour sometimes gets a bit showy but here it just feels comfortable. Plus gym facilities are set up for people who really use them not just for looks. You see neighbors taking care of the place in a way that suggests people stick around here. There are quiet corners in the lobby for reading and enough space if you just want to sit with your thoughts after a long day.

Daily life is easy. Supermarket is nearby if you forget anything. Marina walkways are perfect for evening strolls. You might see kids biking along under the lights or catch a bit of breeze off the water just when you need it. It really does not feel like your typical penthouse living where you are isolated from real life. Evenings here have their own mood. You look out and everything feels just a bit softer.
