The living and dining area is open plan and sometimes I think it is nicer not to have walls blocking you from the sunlight especially with those big windows. One of those spaces where you can put on music start making coffee and feel settled right in. I actually stood by the balcony for a while and just watched the sky change colors over the water. There are two balconies here by the way. You find different views from each one so when friends come over everyone seems to find their own favorite corner to sit.

The kitchen is fitted out properly with all the modern appliances you expect but there is also enough counter space to actually make a meal not just heat up takeaway. You will probably notice little bits like nice storage for pots and pans or how the dishwasher is tucked away so it is not noisy in the evening. The views of JBR and the skyline at night from the treadmill almost make you forget you are working out. There are two swimming pools surrounded by palm trees so it is easy to unwind after work or just spend a Sunday doing nothing except moving between sun and shade.

Food is a big feature in this community. Residents get special deals at some award winning restaurants right inside the resort and when you are in the mood to venture out you have JBR Walk just around the corner. I see people jogging there in the mornings or just grabbing gelato in the evenings. You will always find something happening. Dubai Marina and Bluewaters are both in walking distance so if you like restaurants or want a movie night or just window shopping it is all right here. Even just getting a coffee there are plenty of choices and you will see families strolling or friends catching up all hours. Dubai Marina Mall is close too so any shopping is easy.

It all feels very connected but at the same time you still have your own quiet space above it all. Sometimes I leave my phone in the apartment and just walk along the beach or sit out on the balcony at sunset. Those little things make it feel like more than just a place to rent.
