Some joggers are out early. Cafes and little shops are scattered all around Business Bay. Getting to Sheikh Zayed Road is simple and you can be in Downtown Dubai in just a few minutes. Sometimes you end up stopping for coffee next to the water because you just can.

The thing is, this apartment is ready to move in and make your own. It is a resale unit, so you do not have to wait for handovers or delays. You get those great canal views. There is this huge terrace that just invites you to invite people over. It does not feel like one of those places where you are always waiting for it to be finished or improved. It is just ready.
