Something about green space calms you down, even on days you do not walk out there.

The gym here is better than most. You can actually see daylight while working out, not just mirrors and screens. There are tennis courts too, and a couple of shaded benches where you can just watch people go by or chat with a neighbor. Day to day stuff is pretty easy. The little shopping square is just minutes away for things like fresh bread and quick groceries. Schools are never far either, which matters more when those morning drop offs get repetitive.

Plot size is a real advantage. You really are getting proper privacy but not in a way that feels walled off. If you want to start a garden, you have the space. Or just stretch out on a chair after work and let the day slow down for a bit. The villa is bright, open, and adaptable. Things just make sense here, and the pace is nice.
