The villa is unfurnished, which I actually love, because it is a fresh canvas for you to make completely your own. Some people see all the open floors and big windows and already know where their favorite old chair will go or imagine all the art they have been meaning to hang up. Nothing feels artificial here. 

The main living area is huge and filled with sunlight because you have these amazing windows running along the back. I stood there for a while and just looked at the view of the Arabian Gulf. The sun moves across the stone floors and the light shifts throughout the day so you get these different moods. Sometimes when you cook or have friends over, you can literally hear the sea just outside. If you ever want a little peace, there are quiet corners for reading. If you want to have friends over for dinner, the flow from the kitchen to the dining area to the terrace just works. You do not have to think about it. 

Head outside and honestly this is the best bit. Your terrace goes straight to this powdery beach that you could walk barefoot any time you feel like it. There is nothing between you and the sand except a few palm trees and your own plot. When it is late afternoon you get golden light everywhere and even the kids that live around here ride their bikes down the path. Some evenings you might even start grilling outside or pour a drink as the sun sets. You probably will not want to go back inside until the stars come up. 

Upstairs is the master. I will not overstate it but if you want space and just a little bit of privacy, you get all that here. There is a big walk in closet so finally your clothes will not be fighting for space. The bathroom feels kind of spa like even when you are late for work. You get a soaking tub under a soft light and just enough room to settle in and relax. The other bedrooms up here are all en suite which makes sharing with guests or family pretty easy. No one fighting for the shower in the morning. 

It is a huge plot too. Some people put in gardens or even a pool. You could have a little outdoor cinema if you like or just use the space for simple things like letting the kids play or reading under a tree. That is what a spot like this is for in my opinion. There is plenty of shaded car parking off the street and you are tucked back enough that it feels private but you are never cut off from anything. 

Living at Palma Residences is more than just a beach villa. You will find a clubhouse just along the waterfront, a spot to have an easy lunch or a coffee when you do not feel like cooking. The marina is down the road if you are into boats and the gym has these views that make working out kind of appealing. Shops and restaurants are really close too so you are never far from anything. It all feels very Palm Jumeirah but people are pretty relaxed and it never feels stuffy. 

The villa is vacant and ready for you to move right in. It is rare to find something with this much space and this close to the water where you have so much freedom to make it your own.
