Plus, you get the bonus of always having a little more peace than in busier parts of Dubai. Grocery runs are never far and you will find a few good spots for coffee or a quiet breakfast just around the corner. Sometimes you see neighbours stopping to chat in the morning and honestly it just feels like a proper community.

The price is at 450,000 AED for rent which, considering all that you have with the space, the design, and the lifestyle here, really does make sense for this area of Dubai.
