The Address Sky View Tower 2, The Address Sky View Towers, Downtown Dubai
Some apartments just make you breathe a little slower when you step inside. This two bedroom at The Address Sky View Towers in Downtown Dubai does exactly that. The first thing I noticed was the soft hum of the city somewhere below but honestly it feels a world away once you shut the front door behind you. You are right in the centre of Dubai but for some reason the energy here feels more relaxed almost like a weekend morning every day of the week.
So the living and dining space is where I spent the most time just standing by the glass pretty much losing track of everything. These windows actually reach up really high and the light is just so good. At sunset the whole place glows a bit more than you'd expect. You have a really generous balcony that seems best for waking up early and taking your coffee outside or just leaning against the rail in the evening looking out at the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Fountains. I have to say there is just something about those views that feels even better in person than in photos. You might catch a few people walking along the promenade or all the lights from the city coming on one by one if you come by after work.
The kitchen is sort of semi open which I find nice if you like cooking but do not always want everyone to see your mess. It has all the appliances you would actually use and plenty of space for groceries so yes you can cook a real meal here. You can even chat with people in the living room while you slice up something for dinner.
Then you have the bedrooms. Both are actually bigger than I thought at first glance. Wide windows again so you get even more light and there is enough wardrobe space that you will not have to worry about clutter. The main bedroom has a walk in closet so if you have a favourite part of your day when you get ready this is going to be it. Storage is tucked away which makes the rooms feel calm and a bit easier to just breathe in.
Living at The Address Sky View Towers comes with all those things you would hope for, to be honest. You get two infinity pools that look straight out over the city, so a quick midday swim can seriously make you feel like you are on holiday. The gym here has all the machines that you would ever need and you will see a few regulars fitting in a workout before breakfast most mornings. There is a spa too if you want to treat yourself and a bunch of beauty salons just downstairs so even your haircut is taken care of. I also noticed the indoor kids play area is always buzzing when I walk by so if you have little ones they are happy and you are about three steps away from a quiet coffee.
Around here you will also find a handful of great cafes and restaurants and of course you are right next to Dubai Mall and basically a stone's throw from the Burj Khalifa. You are walking distance to just about everything. Most evenings you see people heading out for a stroll or grabbing dinner somewhere nearby. Downtown does buzz but this particular spot stays comfortable and never feels rushed if that makes sense.
You get the round-the-clock security and the whole team at the lobby always seems to remember a face. Housekeeping is simple to arrange and honestly life in these towers just feels easy. Sometimes you almost forget how busy the city is until you look out from the balcony again.
The only real way to see if it fits what you need is to come by and walk through for yourself. Reach out any time if you want to try out the light in the living room or just talk about the neighborhood. At LuxuryProperty.com we always want your next home in Dubai to feel a little more effortless and a little more yours.
