If you are going out, the restaurants and bars are close enough you can just wander down and pick a different one every night if you want. You can even just walk to the sand—beach shoes on, sunglasses, it is that simple.

Living at Jumeirah Beach Residence means never being far from anything. Groceries, the marina, all the little pop up art stalls in season and you will see kids biking in the evenings along the promenade. There is a casualness to the lifestyle here—sometimes it just feels easy to leave the car and take a walk.
