I have seen families biking by in the evening, and once, I watched an older guy fishing off the promenade. It feels safe, open, friendly during the day or night.

Honestly, for the rent and the size, apartments like this do not show up every week. You have space to stretch out, a view that keeps changing with the time of day, and a building where you can just live without overthinking things. Some places you get the sense you might only stay a year. Here, you could easily settle in for longer.
