It was actually sunny when I visited so the whole living area was full of daylight and you really get those wide views over the city. The building has a good gym and the pool area is temperature controlled so you are comfortable whether it is July or January. I have seen a few residents chatting down by the pool with a coffee in hand early in the mornings and in the evenings you sometimes see people heading out for a walk since the Dubai Mall is so close by. You are only a few minutes from some of the best restaurants and cafes in the city plus if you have a plan to pop into the Opera or some of the galleries it is all within walking distance. Honestly you do not really need a car here for daily life.
