Maybe it is the way the sunlight just sinks into the big open living space or maybe it is the sense that everything feels kind of easy here. The fitness centre is just around the corner too if you ever feel the urge. There are plenty of green spaces all around and the play areas draw families out in the afternoons. You might even bump into a neighbour or two with a coffee in hand. It feels like the right kind of social.
If you live here you are in a really handy part of Arabian Ranches 2. Access to main roads is quick so getting in or out whether to Downtown, a school run or the nearby shopping spots is not a headache at all. I have tried the drive at different times myself. You will also notice that all the main essentials are a couple of minutes away. Groceries, casual spots for lunch, even some surprisingly good takeaway. It just works for day to day life.
The townhouse is well looked after and you can see that the owners have taken care of it. With keys already in hand and the place becoming vacant soon moving in should be very straightforward.
