Before I really noticed the finishes or kitchen or anything else, it was the light that grabbed my attention. The layout makes sense for busy families too. When I stood there I could see you genuinely cooking, chopping veg, the kids leaning in to taste sauce. Nothing stiff or just showy. This is a kitchen you will use morning to night.

I noticed the pool is placed to one side where you get the privacy without it being closed off. At night, with the city lights just a bit in the distance, taking a dip actually feels relaxing not like a hotel but like your own hideaway. You can imagine lazy afternoons on sun loungers, or maybe afterwork swims to end the day right. Parking is tucked under cover, so those hot Dubai days are never an issue.

Living in The Lakes, and Zulal especially, changes your daily routine. People really do use the tracks, the parks, and the tennis courts you see when you drive through. Every time I have come by there have been families out for evening strolls or neighbors waving across the road. Coffee shops and little restaurants are close enough if you want something tasty or just want to grab a flat white on the way to work. Evenings bring out people walking dogs and there are always a few friendly faces.
