Springs 7, The Springs
Sometimes you walk into a place and straight away it almost feels like someone's home already. That is exactly what happened when I first saw this three bedroom villa in Springs 7 at The Springs. The air felt a little cooler, not just from the AC but from all the trees and grass outside. It is a single row villa, which definitely gives you more of that quiet, relaxed feeling without houses right at your back. Honestly, it is the sort of spot that just makes you slow your pace a bit. The entrance is done up in a way that actually makes room for that pause. I stopped right by the front garden and could smell the real grass even in the middle of the afternoon, which always feels special in Dubai.
Inside, you will notice how the living room feels bigger than you might expect. The light tumbles in late in the day and bounces from one side to the other, which sometimes just makes you want to sit and not do much at all. The upgraded kitchen here really does make a difference. It gets that little bit more space, and honestly, it looks like somewhere you would end up actually cooking together instead of just microwaving something in a hurry. If you are one for late night snacks or want to do a weekend breakfast spread, it just feels easy there. There is a study room as well off the main space that feels like it could be for working from home, or just a reading nook, or maybe a little hobby space if you are into painting or tinkering. Some people use it for toys, some as a really quiet office.
You get three proper bedrooms upstairs, all full of soft light that spills in through the windows. On cooler mornings you can open the windows just a crack and listen to the birds from the trees outside. You will also notice both bathrooms have that comfortable feel. They are not over the top, but they feel fresh and clean.
The outside space is honestly one of my favourite bits. The garden has proper grass, not the patchy kind, and you get a real sense of privacy because this is a single row villa. If you like a barbecue now and then or you want a little space for kids or a dog to run around, it really works. You even hear crickets here some evenings when the city quiets down, which is rare for Dubai. If you step outside the gate, you are only two minutes' walk from Springs Souk. I mean actually two minutesโyou can see the shops almost from the doorstep. That just makes grabbing coffee in the morning, or picking up something last minute for dinner, ridiculously easy. The community park and pool are just as close, honestly, and it is the kind of place where you actually see people out for a jog or walking their dogs at sunset. Sometimes you will pass kids learning to bike or families setting up for an evening picnic by the lake.
Having lived in Emirates Living myself for a while, I can say The Springs always feels family friendly, relaxed and safe. People genuinely say hello when you walk by. Springs 7 has its own lake and park, plus those classic barbecue zones and shaded playgrounds. The community pool looks inviting any time of year, and even on weekends it never feels too busy.
And if you need to get anywhere, you almost forget how easy it is to hit Sheikh Zayed Road or Al Khail Road for the malls or schools. There are international schools and restaurants just up the road too.
This villa is in great condition and the owners have definitely kept it feeling current. It is not empty yet but will be available really soon.
You can only really tell if it suits you by seeing it in person. So if you want to chat about it or just want a relaxed walkthrough, let me know. At LuxuryProperty.com, we are all about making life's next move feel straightforward. No pressure. Just comfortable.
