I walked in and the light just caught every surface in the open living area and honestly I stopped thinking about the usual things for a second. It just feels easy.

The first thing you see from the entry is a long view across the living and dining area out to the small back garden. Top schools are only a short drive, maybe five minutes depending on traffic, which cuts down the morning stress a lot for families. Bigger hospitals are around too, which is something you do not always think about until you need it.

The community as a whole has that settled in feel some new places just do not get. There is enough greenery that you forget you are so close to the city and seeing people out with their dogs or kids on bikes in the evenings makes it feel safe and friendly.
