3 bedroom townhouse in Trinity, Damac Hills

Some homes just seem to slow you down in a really good way. That is what happened to me when I came by this three bedroom townhouse in Trinity at Damac Hills. You step through the gate and straight away you feel tucked away from the busy side of Dubai. It is quiet here in a way that feels lived in. Sometimes you hear a golf buggy cruise past or kids laughing in the distance and honestly I think that is part of the charm.

This townhouse is a good fit for families or anyone who just wants life to feel a bit easier. When I walked inside, the first thing I noticed was how much natural light there is. The living and dining area does not feel boxed in at all. Those sliding doors lead right out to a landscaped garden that someone has clearly loved. I spent a minute looking outside and imagining what a cool Saturday morning could look like here with breakfast or just a cup of coffee under the sky. The garden is big but not too much to handle. You could do a little gardening or just enjoy the green space with not much effort.

When I drove in, I passed kids biking and families taking their dogs out. Not far away there is the Trump International Golf Club if you play or even if you just want to have a weekend brunch with a view. There are parks for skating, stables where sometimes you just see horses wandering by, football fields if you like a game with friends, and tennis courts that are actually used a lot by the community here. Plus there are playgrounds which are usually pretty lively in the evenings. The vibe is friendly and open and you never feel like you are far from whatever you need. Supermarkets, a coffee shop, it is all really close.
