Reem Community, Arabian Ranches 2
Some homes make you feel like you could just drop your keys on the table and breathe out. That honestly happened to me when I visited this three bedroom townhouse in Reem Community inside Arabian Ranches 2. The place is actually going to be vacant at the end of November and I just kept thinking how someone will be pretty lucky here. You come in through a front door that feels solid and the smell of clean space hits you first. It feels looked after but not too precious if you know what I mean. The ground floor is open easy living all the way through. No awkward hallways or tight corners, just this stretch of living and dining space with enough room to spread out a big sofa and a dining table and still have space to move around. I noticed the way the sun landed in the afternoon through the windows does something nice to the walls and it just felt like a spot where you could actually want to sit for a while.
The kitchen is honestly more inviting than I expected. It is open to the living area but not totally exposed so you can cook while chatting or just duck away for a minute and make tea. The breakfast bar stood out for me. It is the kind where you imagine someone sitting there in the morning with coffee and a newspaper or maybe a laptop if they work from home. Storage is sorted, too. Lots of cupboard space above and below so you do not get that cluttered bench feeling and you can actually store your groceries and kitchen bits without cramming everything in. There is a spot for laundry, which is more important than people think. Sometimes those things just make life easier. The maid's room is tucked away and feels like a proper room, not an afterthought.
You get sliding doors that lead out to the garden space. It is simple and green. Not a jungle just yet but enough for barbecues or a spot for kids or a pet to run around a bit. Even in the evenings I was thinking it would feel relaxed out here with some fairy lights or just sitting out and watching the sky shift colors. Actually, when I stood just there by the glass I could hear birds so that was a little sound I remembered.
Upstairs, the bedrooms are wow spacious. It really surprised me how big they feel especially with the built in wardrobes. Not small little boxes or anything. The master is at the corner and gets so much light from these large windows, you almost do not need the lights switched on in the morning. I like that you get your own terrace off the master bedroom. It is the kind of spot for a chair and maybe your coffee in peace before the day kicks off. The en suite bathroom is proper too with room to move around and not just a shower squeezed between walls. Other bedrooms also get good light and you can hear the quiet since the street here is peaceful, even when you leave a window cracked.
Life in Arabian Ranches 2 is pretty chilled out anyway. The Reem Community is family friendly. You notice kids riding bikes in the evenings or people just walking dogs around. Green spaces are always close and the coffee shop is never far in case you want to grab something quick. The entrances and roads in this whole area feel open not busy and you do not get slogged with noise or crowds. It is the sort of place you feel at home after a long day and honestly most people end up staying for years because it is just easy.
If you are looking to rent a spacious townhouse in Arabian Ranches 2 or specifically the Reem Community then this three bedroom townhouse might be worth walking through.
