The building itself feels special from the moment you walk through the lobby. You can almost imagine old Dubai mixing with all the new energy you see outside. This apartment is on one of the higher floors so you get some of the best views you can find. Honestly you just want to stand by the window for a bit and stare out at Zabeel and all the towers Downtown. The floor to ceiling glass pulls in so much daylight that the rooms just feel bigger and easier. Even if you're having a long day the whole place gives off a kind of calm.

There is something about the way this duplex is laid out that makes you feel like you've got your own corner of the city. The ceilings are that double height kind which gives the main living space a bit of drama but in a friendly way. Every time I've come here I notice people tend to look up and just take a breath. You even spot families and joggers most mornings. It is a busy area but inside the building you'd honestly never know. The security on site is switched on and the front desk staff actually remember you if you come by more than once.

Since the place is vacant you could actually move in quick. There's no weird waiting around and the transition could be about as easy as it gets. When I was last there in the evening I noticed the lights of Downtown flickering on from the windows and it just kind of felt like the city was yours for a bit. At two thousand seven hundred and eighty seven square feet you get way more room than what most apartments in the area give you. Pet friendly too from what people say downstairs.
