And because you are on the Marina side you have got the city's best dining and shopping almost within sight. If you ever want the hustle and buzz of Dubai Marina it is right there over the bridge. But you can come home to some peace and the sound of waves instead of cars.
The building keeps things cool with chiller free living so you do not have to worry about big cooling bills and it is well maintained so stairs elevators everything just works which is always a comfort. Sometimes you see kids biking just outside in the evenings and lights from the Marina twinkling after sunset. It is a real community feel but never too crowded.
