Novelia, Victory Heights, Dubai Sports City
Some homes just make you want to drop your bag for a minute as soon as you walk in. That was my first thought with this six bedroom villa in Victory Heights, tucked into Dubai Sports City right by the Els Golf Club. There is just something about the way the light moves through the hallway when you come inside. Honestly it feels like a proper family home, not just four walls and a roof. You stand there and see sunlight filling up the entrance and it even smells like fresh grass if you leave the back door open.
Right when you step in you have this long hallway that catches the afternoon light in a way that makes you want to walk a bit slower. On one side is a study, honestly bigger than I expected and it feels like a place you might actually get work done or maybe just read and watch the world go by through the window. The foyer on the other side is open and airy so when people come over it does not feel cramped at all.
If you head down the hallway you can hear little echoes off the tiles, then the space just opens up into a proper family kitchen. It is fully equipped so you could actually cook for a crowd, not just warm up leftovers. There is something about the way it sits open to the living area that makes it feel like the kind of place where everyone ends up together, maybe with kids chatting and someone making coffee. Stand by those windows for a minute and you will catch yourself just looking out over a really green backyard. It is actually hard to believe how big the garden is, and right in the middle of it you get a private pool that is not tucked in a corner but sits out where you really see the sun hit the water.
If you walk outside you can hear the sound of birds most mornings and every so often you catch a golf ball sailing past the lawn out on the Els Golf Course. There is something easy about watching people golf in the late afternoon from your own backyard. Maybe you will end up spending half your time on the terrace with a cup of tea just taking it all in.
When you head upstairs it just gets more interesting. Six bedrooms and each one has its own bathroom and wardrobe so nobody has to fight over space or queues. All the rooms feel properly set up to be lived in, with built in wardrobes and big windows looking out either over the garden or across the green stretches of the golf course. Four different balconies upstairs, so you really are never short on fresh air or a spot to watch the sunset. The master bedroom is probably my favorite just because you step out onto this big terrace that gives you one of the best views in Victory Heights. Sometimes you might wake up and forget you are in Dubai with all that green around you.
The whole villa is set on twelve thousand square feet of land, not just a patch of grass but real space. If you have kids or pets or just like being outside you will probably spend more evenings in the yard than in front of the TV. And honestly being minutes from the golf club means you can walk over, maybe grab a sandwich or meet friends after a round. The community itself is one of those places where school runs do not take forever and the coffee shop is really close. Sometimes you see families biking or just taking a walk after sunset and it does feel like a real neighborhood.
So if you are looking for a six bedroom villa in Dubai Sports City with a golf course view and a real backyard just waiting for kids or lazy afternoons, this might be the spot for you. The only way to really know if it feels right is to come see it yourself. If you have questions or just want to walk around for a bit, feel free to reach out any time.
