I stood there and watched joggers along the walkway below, and later, some kids biking near the water. Honestly, it just has that everyday marina life feel. At night you see the buildings lighting up and the pulse of the city is right there but somehow your space stays calm. It is a strange kind of quietness up here, above it all. 

The bedroom feels peaceful, almost like you are miles from city noise even though you are right in the middle of everything. Light comes in at the right angle in the morning so it is not blasting. The bathroom is modern and definitely feels a bit spoiling. You have a proper walk in shower and there is enough storage for all your things so it is tidy and easy to keep organised. No squeezing onto tiny counters or fighting for space which I always appreciate.

Living in Dubai Marina puts you right at the heart of things. The Marina Gate community really is known for its location and you can feel it. Seven kilometres of waterside walk to clear your head, grab a smoothie, or watch the boats. JBR is just over there with its sandy beaches and you can pretty much wander down whenever you want. Even when you just need basics, coffee or a quick shop, everything you need is close. There is always something to do but you do not have to do anything. You are set up for both busy and quiet days here which is actually hard to find in a big city.
