Just outside DAMAC Towers by Paramount you get all the reasons people want to live in Business Bay. Cafes just downstairs so you can actually walk out with your coffee in the morning. If you do not feel like making lunch there is always somewhere nearby to grab a bite. You see people walking their dogs or meeting friends in the evenings and even though you are right in the city it feels lived in not cold. Dubai Mall and Downtown are close if you want bigger nights out or shopping. Public transport is right there if you do not want to drive. Honestly it just feels easy.
