The Aldea, The Villa
Some homes just sort of settle you as soon as you come in. This five bedroom villa in The Aldea at The Villa really does that. You come through the courtyard and right away it's quieter than you expect. There is this kind of familiar hush, even though you are close to everything. Something about the way the garden stretches at the back makes it feel private but open too. I actually sat for a minute on the patio and listened to the birds before I kept walking.
This villa has space, that's for sure. It is over five thousand built up area so you do not feel boxed in. The living room is roomy and those floor to ceiling windows pour in all that afternoon light. I stood by the glass and you can watch it spill into the garden and right to the swimming pool. Sometimes you get a breeze coming through if you leave the doors open and it feels like the garden folds into the house a little. There is a real sense of indoor outdoor living here especially with the pool. The garden has been landscaped nicely so you could just grab a book or get the barbecue going and not worry about anything.
The kitchen feels good too. It is closed off but actually worth cooking in. Not just reheating pizza. There is a modern touch but it does not feel showy. Overlooks the garden which is a nice thing if you are making breakfast or having people over. There is storage space and the laundry tucked away so you do not need to think too much about the practical bits. Downstairs there is an en suite bedroom which is handy either for older guests or if you want to keep someone close who does not love stairs. There's also a powder room so you are not sending guests upstairs and a proper maid's room.
Upstairs you get two family areas which is more important than you think once everyone is home. It makes it easy for people to do their own thing but still meet in the middle. Two bedrooms share a bath which is honestly quite sociable if you have kids who do not mind that and the rest are en suite so everyone can claim their own space. The master feels a bit more private at the front. There's a big terrace up there so you can have a quiet coffee and just watch the sun come up if you are up early enough. Loads of wardrobe room as well so things stay tidy without needing to hide too much.
One thing that stands out about The Villa community is just how easy everyday life can be. You can actually walk the kids to GEMS School if you want or wander down to the community centre to grab groceries or a quick coffee. Sometimes you see families out on the paths, couples walking after dinner or kids biking around. There's always someone waving hello. The area has playgrounds and lovely quiet parks, tennis and basketball courts too if you are that way inclined. It just feels like a good place to make memories or settle in for a while.
Two covered car spaces mean you never have to do the parking shuffle and the entrance is set back in a courtyard so even deliveries feel easy. The streets are calm in The Aldea and for me, there is just something comforting about the way people actually use their gardens. You might spot neighbours outside most evenings during the cooler months.
You can read about this villa but honestly the feeling is right in person. If you want to have a look or talk through the details reach out when you're ready. At LuxuryProperty.com we do things in a way that feels comfortable and just a bit slower and that usually helps. Come see if it fits you.
