When I stepped into this five bedroom villa in Silver Springs, Damac Hills, honestly I found myself doing just that. There is something about the mix of wide windows and that steady quiet from the golf course that changes the mood right away. You notice it even before you sit down. It just feels calm. Some mornings you will see the sky start to stretch over the Trump International Golf Course and it looks almost like a painting. It is hard not to pause for a second when you catch that view right outside your windows. 

The space here is definitely generous. With over three thousand four hundred square feet of built up area and a plot of around seven thousand square feet all to yourself, which is not always the case, especially in such a family friendly corner of Dubai. You see people using the parks, the skate parks and stables especially always catch my eye on a morning or afternoon walk. Sometimes you hear the thump of a tennis ball or spot kids racing on bikes as the sun sets. The football fields are almost never empty here. Plus, with Jebel Ali School being so close, the school runs really do feel a lot less stressful. Even the coffee spots are always around the corner, which is honestly something I have come to appreciate on busy mornings.

This villa feels peaceful without being too quiet. It is the right kind of spacious. Sometimes you open a window and hear birds from the golf course and you just remember you are not right in the middle of the noise of the city anymore. The garden could be someone's project or just a place for laidback weekends with family and friends.
