I came in a little early just to see what it would be like when the street is still quiet and honestly I could see why people want to live right in the heart of all this. I even saw a couple of birds landing out there once in a while so you get a little nature too.

If you have kids or guests Downtown can sometimes feel a bit busy but Boulevard Crescent is set back just enough so it feels easy. The pool is always in the sun. The gym is set up for more than just a few treadmills and the lobby feels welcoming instead of just practical. There is always someone at the front desk if a package gets dropped off or you need a hand with something which takes away those little stresses. Parking is covered and lifts are quick. It is the sort of place where you leave your car keys on the counter and head out for a bakery run or a walk down the Boulevard because Dubai Mall and Dubai Opera are around the corner. Even getting to DXB or Palm Jumeirah does not take long from here so weekends can be spontaneous not planned out.
