Sometimes you forget your phone and just lean on the railing and watch everything move for a while.

One nice touch is that all your utility bills are included. So you do not have to chase payments around every month or wonder if the AC is going to cost you more in the summer. You can sort of just relax and enjoy your time here, not worry about the math.

Sometimes you even see families walking their dogs below or couples just taking in the sun. It feels safe here, with a kind of community that is easy to slip into.
