Some homes really do make you slow down a little. This four bedroom villa in Maple 3 at Dubai Hills Estate felt like that for me the first time I walked in. Sunlight almost follows you through the front door and lingers in every part of the open living and dining room. Honestly it just feels easy right from the start whether you are planning your next family get together or just want a quiet day at home. There is something comforting about knowing you are on a single row too. There is no one staring into your garden and the sense of privacy is real. You can actually hear birds out back some mornings and sometimes you see families out walking on the wider paths. You notice right away that the layout was done with everyday life in mind. The living space never feels closed in even when there are lots of people moving around. Maybe because the kitchen is open and actually looks like somewhere you might want to cook for real with plenty of storage and a place for everything. Even if you just want to drop your takeaway on the counter and put your feet up after a long day you know it works.
Upstairs the master bedroom steals the show a little with its en suite and the built in wardrobes that take so much of the stress out of morning routines. It has a simple calm to it and lots of natural light. The other bedrooms are spread out just enough to give everyone their own corner to retreat to. The maid's room is down on the ground level so it works well for anyone who needs that extra help or just a space for a study. There are four bathrooms in total which makes daily life run smoother especially during those pre school or work rushes where everyone is hunting for their own mirror. And this place is vacant now so you do not have to worry about waiting around to move in.
The garden is already landscaped and it gives enough space for barbecues birthdays or just running around on the grass in the evening. More than once I have seen kids chasing each other while parents sit out with coffee or catch up on work calls. Covered parking sorts out two cars so you are not fighting for spaces ever. The whole house is unfurnished which is honestly a plus for me since you get to make it feel like your own from day one nothing to work around.
Living in Maple 3 at Dubai Hills Estate honestly gives you a sense of space and community at the same time. There are parks scattered around so you can always find somewhere new for the kids or a different walking path for your morning routine. The community pools are close but never too busy from what I have seen. On weekends you might head over to Dubai Hills Mall which is less than ten minutes away for shopping or just a good lunch. Schools are very close too so school runs become a bit less frantic. Plus you are never really far from the city or big things happening but you still get to come home and just slow down.
There is this feeling when you walk through the villa that it is ready for the next people who want to make it their own. Whether you work from home most days or need to zip into downtown for work it keeps things simple. Even if you do not need all four bedrooms right away you still see how easy it can be to grow into the space. To me this is one of those spots where you could lose track of time because it feels good to just be here.
