Sometimes you just stand there and take it in because it really does feel calm up here.

The space itself just feels easy. Everything is modern and new since Ellington House 2 was just finished recently so you get all those fresh finishes and nothing creaks or rattles. The open plan kitchen actually feels like somewhere you would want to cook for real and not just heat up something from the delivery app. There is a lovely view of the Dubai Hills green out the window so you can chop your vegetables and look out at all that green space. You might even end up meeting a few of your neighbors before you know it.

Being in Dubai Hills Estate you get all the community benefits as well. The shops and the coffee spots are never far and sometimes on weekends you see kids biking up and down or families just out in the park. It is safe and it is easy to get to all the main spots in the city without feeling like you are stuck in the thick of it.

This 2-bedroom apartment in Dubai Hills Estate is for rent right now at very good price. The built up area comes out to about 1360 sqft so it feels comfortable but not impossible to keep tidy. Honestly there is a good balance here. Modern fresh and easy to make your own but already feels welcoming even with nothing in it yet.
