You might even end up meeting a few of your neighbors before you know it.

Being in Dubai Hills Estate you get all the community benefits as well. The shops and the coffee spots are never far and sometimes on weekends you see kids biking up and down or families just out in the park. It is safe and it is easy to get to all the main spots in the city without feeling like you are stuck in the thick of it.

The built up area comes out to about one thousand three hundred sixty square feet so it feels comfortable but not impossible to keep tidy. Honestly there is a good balance here. Modern fresh and easy to make your own but already feels welcoming even with nothing in it yet.
