When I walked through here the first time I actually did pause by the window for a moment and watched a couple of birds jumping around on the green outside. In terms of living here day to day there is a lot going for it. Ellington House has this feeling of being new and high quality without being showy. You will notice the communal areas are spotless and really well looked after. Plus you have the swimming pool outside which is the kind of place you might actually use not just tell your friends about it. The loungers around the pool get afternoon sun and I've seen a couple of people napping or reading there plenty of days. For fitness you have both indoor and outdoor facilities which actually means you can switch up your routine. Not just a tiny gym squeezed into a basement. The sauna and steam rooms are handy too after a long week. Then there's a clubhouse and lounge for residents which sounds a bit formal but is actually a pretty comfortable spot to read or just work from if you're tired of being in the apartment.

Honestly the location makes life feel much easier. Dubai Hills Mall is right down the road so popping out for groceries or a movie is never a big deal. The park nearby has walking tracks and sometimes families out throwing a ball in the evenings. It just feels like a place people actually live not just invest in.
