You never feel like you are stranded without options, plus there are always a few coffee shops and spots to grab a bite within a short walk. Sometimes in the late afternoon you hear kids in the play area below and it is kind of a nice background to the day.

The building itself has that well maintained feeling you only see when the staff actually care. The reception lobby feels friendly but never too busy. Elevators move fast enough that you do not end up waiting or standing around with bags or groceries. If you are into fitness, the gym is not one of those tiny, stress inducing rooms. It is actually set up for a real workout. There is a shared pool for adults and one for kids as well so you always have space to swim or just unwind after a long day. Also, there is a proper sauna and jacuzzi which I honestly did not expect but now I feel like I would get used to pretty quick.

Parking is simple too with a dedicated spot that is always yours so you do not have to play musical chairs finding a place when you come home. The whole apartment just feels easy. Even little things like built in wardrobes and convenient laundry tucked where you need it makes daily life smoother.
