Some homes are just a bit calmer from the moment you walk in. That is what I felt standing inside this six bedroom villa in La Avenida at Arabian Ranches. The place just breathes a little, you know. There is a quiet to it that is not forced. Maybe it is all the space or the way that tall glass lets sunlight fill up the rooms. I actually leaned against the big hallway wall for a second, just letting my eyes wander around. Everything feels taken care of here and not in a staged way either. The paint feels fresh and there is a new air conditioning system, which you will definitely be grateful for when summer kicks in.
You get over five thousand square feet of built up space and I have to say, it is rare to get almost twelve thousand square feet of garden in La Avenida. It is a huge plot. You could stand at one end near the private pool and almost forget there is a road anywhere close by. Birds flit through the trees sometimes and when the neighborhood is quiet, you hear the odd golf shot drift in from across the green. Only seven homes in this stretch face the fairway, and you can actually see the course beyond your balcony. When the sun sets you get that soft light moving over the grass which is easy to get used to, honestly.
The ground floor is pretty intuitive. Walk through the front door and you get this broad entrance hall that decides whether you want to turn left toward the living room or right toward the dining area. You can almost tell it was designed for gatherings. Not the stiff kind either. More like evenings with everybody talking over each other, maybe even doors open to let the air through. The kitchen is really new and you can smell the difference. It is a space you actually want to cook in, which not every villa gets right, and it looks out over the side of the house so you can watch kids play or just get lost in your own thoughts.
There is a cozy family room off the kitchen with these big glass doors opening straight onto the garden. Sit on that sofa and you look out over greenery. Sometimes it almost feels like a secret. The garden itself is something the landlord is happy to landscape to your taste, so whether you want space for a hammock, more trees, or even a herb patch, it is all possible. That pool also stays tucked out of the wind, so swimming feels private.
You have a guest bedroom downstairs with its own bathroom, perfect if anyone moves in for a while or if you just do not want to climb stairs all the time. There is a maid's room too with an entrance by the double garage, which keeps things practical. Upstairs things split a little. One staircase leads you to the guest suite which has its own big balcony. I stood out there and you can see for quite a distance. It feels apart from the other bedrooms, honestly a bit like its own retreat.
The main set of stairs leads you to four more bedrooms. The master is what you expect, big and peaceful with a nice walk-in wardrobe and a bathroom that feels more spa than standard. From the master's balcony, especially early in the morning, you catch the regular golfers but also feel how far away the city noise is. Two bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom that kids or cousins will appreciate. Another has its own bathroom so there is never a scramble in the morning.
La Avenida in Arabian Ranches is one of those communities where someone always greets you when you are out for a walk. You are never far from the main retail center, whether you need groceries or a coffee stop after a morning run. Evenings can be pretty restful out here, you will see folks walking their dogs or kids cycling just before sunset.
The only way to really know if this golf course villa fits your life is to see it. I am always around if you want to walk through or talk things over. At LuxuryProperty.com, the goal is just to help you find a place where things feel right—no pressure at all. Reach out when you are ready.
