Plus the main roads are all nearby so getting to Sheikh Zayed Road or Al Khail Road is a breeze. You are connected to the rest of Dubai so you never really feel out of the way but also never feel stuck in the city's buzzing traffic.

One other thing I noticed is that the house itself is partially upgraded but still has a lot of potential for you to put your own touch on it if you want. It does not feel like a show home but that is what I like. It feels lived in but ready for someone new. The space is big too with over three thousand built up area so you have a lot of room to breathe. Plot size gives you a real garden for real weekends. And since it is vacant now you could make it your own without having to wait.
